The position will entail recruitment of new channel partners as well as the on-going account management of Pearson VUE’s authorized and established test center channel partners and program vendors.  
This position is based in Tokyo.  Required travel is estimated at up to 35% of working hours.

Responsibilities:	

&amp;middot;Achieve monthly quotas i.e.: site recruitment, quality, testing volumes and revenue targets.
&amp;middot;Develop the channel by recruiting new channel partners to the VUE testing program.
&amp;middot;Implement and maintain Pearson VUE’s corporate business model of channel sales growth and Management.
&amp;middot;Carry out a channel management plan that includes regular customer calls and site visits to build relationships that drive volume and quality.
&amp;middot;Carry out other projects that are key to meeting the goals of the channel sales generating more volume and increasing revenue. 
&amp;middot;Introduce Pearson VUE’s products and services to authorized training centers and alternative training providers.
&amp;middot;Adhere to interdepartmental process and build inter company relationships to facilitate business growth and quality.
&amp;middot;Implement strategies in accordance with Pearson VUE’s corporate strategies and standards.
&amp;middot;Manage the application process.This includes implementing and maintaining procedures, liaising with other internal departments, delegating tasks and follow-up with the channel on missing documentation and ensuring that all credit terms are met.
&amp;middot;Represent Pearson VUE Testing to the channel and to existing sponsors, including participating in industry trade shows and conferences.
&amp;middot;Manage the daily needs of assigned clients.
&amp;middot;Liaise with the US and the Asia Pacific headquarters to meet client’s needs. 
&amp;middot;Work with Senior Sales Manager to develop programs that grow vendor and channel relationships.
&amp;middot;Responding to all inbound sales calls, screening applicants and help grow voucher sales.

Miscellaneous
&amp;middot;Implement and manage any special projects as required from time to time.
&amp;middot;Consult with the Asia Pacific office on best practices, rollouts, marketing initiatives for the channel etc.
&amp;middot;Other ad hoc duties as required by your manager.
&amp;middot;Monitor trends in the e-market relating to Pearson VUE’s services, its clients and competitors e.g. certification trends, new technology, market and company changes.
&amp;middot;Facilitate other Pearson VUE department’s interaction with the channel such as the Marketing and Finance departments based in Asia Pacific Office.

Overview of position:
TUJ seeks a motivated and outgoing Admissions Counselor for the domestic Japanese market to support university recruiting and advising prospective students. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting with a focus on Japanese high schools nationwide. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and sales and/or marketing experience. Although previous experience in the education sector is preferred, it is not essential. Some weekend work and travel will likely be required.

Primary responsibilities:
		Prepare and give presentations about TUJ to prospective students, parents, school counselors, academic institutions, and other entities
		Provide individual counseling, school tours, and follow-up for prospective students, parents and counselors

Additional activities include scheduling interviews and counseling students.

Primary responsibilities:

		Conduct market research to find and develop prospective employment opportunities
