募集要項

Candidate’s responsibilities are all credit-related matters: consult on capital market and derivative transactions; prepare credit approval documents; follow established procedures and coach counterparties to ensure compliance with all credit requirements. He/she is responsible for credit analysis used to support the division’s internal credit ratings and is called upon to ensure that the Firm’s credit business done with counterparties is in compliance with the Credit Management Division’s Risk Policies and Guidelines.

スキル・資格

Candidate should have 6+ years prior experience in credit analysis function at a Broker/Dealer or Investment Bank or Bank. He/she must be familiar with standard methods of credit analysis (i.e. balance sheet logic, cash flow analysis, etc.)

Experience in the analysis of Financial Institutions and Corporates is required. Knowledge of REITs and real estate related companies is a strong plus.

Candidate must have a solid knowledge of investment banking products and a working familiarity with documentation and related issues (ISDA, IFEMA, etc.).

English/Japanese bilingual skills required.

Team player as well as self-starter welcome.
