Currently they are looking for an FP&A Manager that will take over the department in the near future. This is a key role in the organization supporting all business expansion plans. Int his role, you will play an integral part as a strategic business partner and development of the company. Working with Business Directors both locally and Regional.

Job Description:
- Japanese accounting standards (JGAAP)
- Plan and develop annual forecasts based on business trend & analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Partner with local and Regional Management
- Maintain and re-forecast for business changes
- Consistently review business conditions
- Complete P&L responsibility

Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Manager
- Excellent internal communication skills
- Previous experience as a business partner
- Ability to work through issues logically
