募集要項

Key responsibilities:
1. Provide various financial analyses and support to Non-Marketing groups (mainly R&D and IT functions).
2. Provide Capital Investments report on monthly rolling estimates.
3. Perform as RFA System (internal approval system) coordinator for compliance with the corporate policy.

Specifics:
1. To provide various financial analyses and supports to Non-Marketing groups (mainly R&D and IT functions) in planning and decision making to ensure their spending is effectively spent while meeting basic financial policies and guidelines.
2. To prepare monthly RE/Business Plan of Operating Expense spending for R&D and IT functions.
3. To prepare monthly RE/Business Plan of Capital spending for the company (incl. R&D).
4. To provide operation support for Capital spending on SAP.
5. RFA Process Support and Coordination.
6. Communicate cross-functionally to obtain various information to provide “consulting” services for day-to-day business operations to Non-marketing groups, in terms of accounting, internal control and laws/regulations.

スキル・資格

1. University graduate.
2. Over 3 years of experience in financial accounting and budget control.
3. Strong financial analysis and Excel skills.
4. Fluent in Japanese and English (TOEIC: 800 and above).
5. Experience in SAP/BW preferred.
