Detail Duties include but not limited to:
・Provide professional functional leadership, expertise and support to Country sales teams in order to facilitate delivery of agreed revenue growth levels and achievement of business plans in the Advantage, Regular and Direct Sales revenue streams, through continuous people development and considerable/necessary sales performance improvement interventions
・Collaborate with regional Sales Training Manager to implement recommended common sales training programs
・In cooperation with the HR department: develop and deploy a harmonized human resource processes and industry leading selection, recruitment and people development practices
・Exchange and transfer ideas regarding performance improvement to develop cross-functional activities’ quality and quantity
・Manage external consultants and NPOs for the customisation/development of programs which specifically meet sales training needs and sales performance improvement initiatives: research, program design, testing/validation of programs before implementation
・Manage external vendors for customization/development of programs which specifically meet sales training and sales management development needs: research, program design, testing/validating of programs before implementation
スキル・資格
・Degree in Business (or related discipline)
・Experience in middle management
・7 years experience leading development and delivery of learning solutions in a service industry
・Experience in developing and evaluating business performance and making quality performance analysis, gap analysis, cause analysis for intervention selection and design
・Experience in developing training solutions and delivery / support collateral, ideally in a sales environment.
・Experience of leading change management projects cross culturally and in a multi-dimensional matrix environment
・Experience with sales processes, systems and Sales Force Automation (preferable)
