This specialist Asset Management company is working with a fund that holds over 500 million US dollars, they current are managing over 50 properties throughout Japan. They are well known throughout the Globe and have an extensive track record of services in Japan.

They ideal candidate will have 8 years or more experience in Asset Management with good knowledge of the local residential market. Good understanding of SPC Investment Structures, strong computer skills & a motivated team player. As the Leader of the Asset Management team your key responsibilities will be -

- Manage a Team of Asset Managers
- Assist with due diligence, market research and structuring.
- Monitor and oversee property revenue, occupancy levels, operating expenses, and capital expenditures. Develop and implement comprehensive business plan for each asset including developing, preparing and tracking annual budgets.
- Evaluate proposals and make recommendations for new real estate investments.
- Provide monthly asset management reports and report to lenders
