募集要項

外資系コスメ、スキンケア担当のBrand Managerを募集！

Mission :
Brand Manager is responsible to develop the assigned brand(s) in coordination with sales and other departments (training, planning, etc..) while keeping good communication with partners.

Responsibilities :
1. Develop annual marketing plan based on existing and new brand(s)/product(s)
2. Implement promotional activities based on marketing plan
3. Analyze sales an make recommendations / adjustments in the plans
4. Achieve sales target of brand(s) at the department stores counters
5. Involve and motivate sales staff/beauty advisors of brand/product properly
6. Manage purchase forecast and inventory in coordination with sales administration
7. Control advertising & promotion budget of brand(s)
8. Communicate smoothly with the other departments internally
9. Communicate professionally with business partners
10. Propose innovative/effective promotional ideas for the team from marketing point of view

Qualifications / Profile :

1. Experience: at least 3/4 years marketing experience in cosmetics industry (mostly skincare)
2. Strong statistic analysis capability with marketing viewpoint
3. Language skill: good commands of English, able to interpret, communicate and translate.
4. PC skills: good command of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mails, especially an excellent command of Excel is required
5. Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills, flexibility
6. Business manner, common sense, capacity to deliver under pressure, punctuality
