-Personnel administration (personnel record retentions, time sheet management, etc)
-Maintenance and implementation of benefits/welfare (social insurance, annual medical check up coordination, rent program coordination including exchanging agreements with rent housing agents, arranging corporate cards, etc)
-Maintenance of HR database
-Payroll and its related work
-Handling recruitment/resignation process



－人事管理業務 (社員記録の保存とタイムシート管理を含む。)
－福利厚生(社会保険、年間健康診断、レントプログラムコーディネーションを含む)に関する管理・遂行業務
－HRデータベース管理
－給与計算、その他、関連の作業
－採用/退職時の対応

-At least 3 years experience as HR generalist
-Strong knowledge of social insurance and payroll will be a plus
-Ability to handle confidential information
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle multiple tasks in right way and strong attention to detail
-High level of professionalism and commitment
-English - intermediate level
