
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Visual Merchandsing to:
. Help stores interpret corporate visual guidelines through faxed map and/or store visits. Work with stores to interpret guidelines to meet the needs of their business.
· Maintain open communication between Area Managers and Regional Managers in regard to current information that supports the field.
· Manages store floorsets at flagship locations, maps out merchandising floor plans, coordinates window installations, and works with outside vendor and props sent from corporate.
· Forecast a yearly schedule and update on a monthly basis for visiting stores, seminars, store openings, floor sets, etc. To ensure productivity and alignment
· Manage and drive Visual Enhancement programs
· Elevate seasonal guidelines to Flagship level
· Partners with Field Visual team to ensure overall synergy between door profiles
· Train store management teams on current visual standards and guideline presentation. Conduct additional training for management and staff as needed.
· Ability to create strong visual presentations that drive business while enhancing store environment
· Ability to lead, manage, develop, teach, and motivate store staff and management.
· Stay up to date on regional business trends in area.

An outstanding professional will have the below experience/requirements:
· Five years of retail visual merchandising.
· Strong communication/leadership skills for leading store visits/walk - through.
· The ability to interpret visual merchandising presentations and relate it back to the store environment.
· Ability to make strategic decisions with regards to store environments and brand image.
· Strong attention to details, e.g., standards, marketing, lighting, fixturing, windows and so forth.
· Understand symmetrical vs. asymmetrical in regard to fixturing and wall scaping.
· Able to facilitate new store openings.
· The ability to be creative and inspire others.
· Awareness of fashion trends and the ability to interpret them back into visual merchandising.
