募集要項

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
1. Design and develop the tool from concept to print, create and modify documentation such as drawings, BOM’s, and ECO’s, and maintain released designs through ECO’s to continuously improve and ensure cost effectiveness of designs.
2. Coordinate with workshop on the making of prototype, release mass production print make sure it compliance with SPX technical specification requirement and timing requirement
3. Responsible for getting approval from customer for designted tool through sample test, calibration at customer side
4. Provide customer with satisfying technical services and product training
5. Other work assigned by the Manager

スキル・資格

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Hand held mechanical tool design work experience is highly recommended.
2. Solidworks experience/training preferred
3. Depending on product market, experience with Automotive/AG/Off road vehicles, Mechanical tools and equipment, and/or mobile air conditioning/refrigerant recovery highly recommended.
4. Proven design skills utilizing knowledge of similar product, conceptual layouts, locating components, math analysis (FEA analysis where required), and 3-D solid modeling.
5. Demonstrated knowledge with Bill of Materials (BOM), Model shop orders, GD&T, and Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s)
6. Proven experience with FMEA’s highly preferred
7. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes
8. Must have demonstrated PC Skills including CAD (Solidworks Drafting preferred), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), and ERP systems (Baan highly preferred).
9. Excellent organization, prioritization, and documentation skills
10. Good Communication skills (written, listening, verbal)
11. Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
12. Proven ability to handle multiple projects at one time while assuring accurate documentation and records
13. Ability to work well with challenging individuals, departments and customers.
14. Creative problem-solving ability via design or process
15. Demonstrated ability to produce results and meet commitments
16. Not afraid to get their hands dirty - “hands on”
17. High technical competency
18. Self-starter, highly motivated, and works with urgency
19. Confident in their abilities - must make quick, accurate decisions which carry with them significant consequences
20. Strong leadership ability - must go “the extra mile” to get the job done

Good verbal and written communications in both English and Japanese
