募集要項

· To ensure that the immediate team of people are each fulfilling job functions as detailed in job specs and in individual goals set for the year

· To work with Director and Associate Director in setting of goals for team and in managing the career development of those individuals via hands-on coaching and training

· To prepare and generate year and campaign strategies and plans as appropriate for clients and to brief planning teams to help in producing these to relevant deadlines

· Ensure effective communication with buying agencies and that the media buying is being carried out to brief and targets

· Liaise with all relevant level personnel in partner agencies to ensure the effective communication between parties on all creative and media related issues

· To possess a good knowledge of the full Japanese media scene and to be able to pass on that actively to members of immediate planning team

· To have a comprehensive knowledge of all systems and tools required (inc ATG Tools) to produce plans (inc 3D) and to be able to train teams in operation and benefits of these

· To present and “sell” media recommendations in any format to a high level of competence to senior level clients on a regular basis

· To posses a good understanding of the broader business, marketing and advertising objectives of all clients under management

· Have strong and frequent contact relationships with all relevant clients at all levels

· Encourage creative media thinking and regular execution of ideas within teams

· Attend all necessary courses within the company and ensure team participation in these

· Compile SWOT analysis of each client on a regular basis to identify new revenue opportunities
