募集要項

1. ハードウエア・ソフトウエアのインストール・テスト(プリンター、モニター、ディスクドライブ、メモリー、拡張カード、アプリケーションソフトウエア、その他PCのインストール・テスト)
2. PC・LANに関する電話の質問・問題対応
3. PCの問題対応
4. PC利用の全部門アシスタント
5. 新プロジェクトインテグレーションの確定・PC実行
6. インストールの設備分析

1. Installs and tests hardware and software on PCs including printers, monitors, disk drives, memory, expansion cards, application software, etc.
2. Responds to questions and problem calls relating to PCs and LAN
3. Identifies problems and conducts corrective measures
4. Assists departments with PC utilization
5. Determines new project integration and implementation of PCs
6. Analyses equipment needs for installation

スキル・資格

- ビジネスレベルの英語力・流暢な日本語力
- 2年以上のPCサポート経験
- ビジネス雑誌、プロフェッショナルジャーナル、技術的な手順、または政府規制の分析、翻訳
- レポート、ビジネス文章・手順マニュアルの作成
- 社内外の顧客クライアントと日々のダイレクトコンタクト
- Word、Excel、PowerPointスキル

- Business level English / Fluent level Japanese
- 2 years of computer support experience
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journal, technical procedures or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures manuals
- Daily and direct, face-to-face contact with external or internal customers or clients
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
