Our client, a global leader in the logistics services offering a full scope of transport ranging from Sea, Air and Land Transportation along with a full service of SCM services. With 50 years of business in Japan, they have built a strong network of partners and customers that ha allowed them to expand their business year by year. They are looking to continue their expansion and have out in place business plans that are aggressive that will help to put in them in the Top 3 SCM service companies in Japan.
Locally the company has almost 500 employees and more than 20 locations throughout Japan.
Currently they are looking for am HR Manager to lead their team and help to develop their internal HR systems along with being a strategic partner in the development and expansion of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with Regional HR
- Reporting to the Vice President
- Manager entire Japan HR operations
- 3 Direct reports
- Full responsibility of all C&B related matters
スキル・資格
Requirements:
- 8-10 years HR experience
- Experience in M&A activities to include the integration
- Strong business ability
- Strong analytical mind with the ability to execute
- Advanced English is required (TOEIC 800+)
