募集要項

-販売ネットワークを通じた大手銀行および仲介業者等への商品販売業務
-仲介チャネルのセールス計画
-セールスの販売チャネル拡大
-ティアー1もしくはティアー2販売業者の特定
-資産運用委託獲得（優先銀行に重点を置く）
-RMFファンドのコンサルティング営業
-セールス・サポート提供を通じた販売者との良好な関係構築
-ターゲット販売者および社内からのフィードバックを参考に新規商品アイデアの提案
-セールス・スタッフへのワークショップおよび末端投資家へのセミナー、ジョイント・セールス・コール
-セールス・ニーズに合うようセールス・マテリアルを効果的に提供

-This jobholder will be responsible for sell the products to major banks and brokerage houses on wholesale basis through their distribution network.

-Sales planning of intermediary channels.
-Expand the distribution channel of sales.
-Specify Tier1 or Tier2 distributors.
-Focus on top priority banks to get mandate.
-Consultative sales of RMF fund for distributors to adopt as fund line up in order.
-Build strong relationship with distributors through providing good sales support.
-Get new product idea from target distributors and feedback to inside.
-Workshops for sales staff, Seminar for the end-investors, Joint sales Call.
-Providing effective sales materials to meet sales needs.

スキル・資格

-少なくとも3年以上の資産運用業務におけるプロフェッショナルな知識と経験
-目標を達成する強いセールス・マインド
-チームメンバーとして目標達成のため働きかける事ができる方
-基本的なPCスキル(MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point)
-英語でのコミュニケーション能力
-高い業務意欲があり活発な方
-フレキシブルな方
-チームのクオリティを保つ、誠実さと責務を持っている方
-対人交渉能力


-Middle/Senior wholesalers who should be the professional with knowledge & experience of the asset management business at least three years.
-A strong sales mind to achieve the objectives.
-Achieving goals as a member of the team.
-Basic skills of PC (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point).
-Basic communication skills in English. (Native Japanese)
-Enthusiastic and energetic.
-Flexible.
-A team player with a strong sense of loyalty and commitment to quality.
-Personal interface skills which are non-political and enforce the Operating Principles.
