募集要項

1. Create and maintain the Demand and Manpower Plans.
2. Respond to business demands whilst being able to control and forecast its total headcount.
3. Manage the Manpower Plan to ensure control and forecast of its total headcount.
4. Manage the Demand Plan so that it reflects the workload as requested by clients.
5. Manage and escalate resource/ project conflicts in line with business priorities.
6. Ensure the project repository is kept up-to-date with all commitment and forecast work.
7. Ensure effective communication with customers through the appropriate Account Managers.
8. Resolve any conflicts with customers and report to the appropriate Account Managers.

1. 需要と人材計画の作成と維持。
2. 総人数を制御、予測しつつ、ビジネス要求に対応する。
3. 総人数の制御、予測を保証するのための人材計画の管理。
4. クライアントの要望通りの仕事量に対応するように人材計画を管理する。
5. ビジネスの優先度に沿ったリソース／プロジェクトの管理とエスカレーション。
6. プロジェクトレポジトリが必要条件や予測に合わせ更新されていることを保証する。
7. 適切なアカウントマネージャーを通した顧客との効果的なコミュニケーションの保証。
8. 顧客との問題点の解決と適切なアカウントマネージャーへの報告。

スキル・資格

Technical or educational requirements:

- 5+ years in IT including experience of leading and delivering IT infrastructure projects.
- Experience and skill of process building and process enhancement.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the Project Lifecycle.
- Proficient in the use of project management tools
- Project Management skills

Personal skills:

- Good Presentation skills
- Good Communication skills
- English skill: Business, Japanese skill: Fluent

- ITインフラプロジェクトの指揮、遂行の経験を含める、IT業界での５年以上の勤務経験
- プロセス構築、プロセス向上の経験とスキル
- プロジェクト全過程に関する詳細な知識と理解
- プロジェクトマネージメントツールの使用に堪能であること
- プロジェクトマネージメントスキル

- 高いプレゼンテーションスキル
- 高いコミュニケーションスキル
